1. Clarity about font licensing & educating support staff

   The licensing information for fonts is extremely minimal and confusing. I was using this font on a website, because according to Adobe it is cleared for "website publishing". . . But I still received an email from the font foundry that I wasn't legally using the font, and now I have to pay them for a license. I'm still confused as to how I am supposed to "legally" use Adobe fonts on website, and when I called customer service to get a better explanation- they were unable to help me. So my suggestions would be:
   1. Provide much more detailed information on the Adobe fonts site about how to legally use these fonts on websites.
   2. Create a support department for fonts and/ or licensing. The person I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic that he couldn't help me, and that there was no appropriate person/ department for him to forward my call to. Now I am left with no option but to believe that what this font foundry says is true, because I cannot get clear help from Adobe.
