It's really up to Monotype to be willing to make some sort of deal with Adobe to add any version of Helvetica to the Adobe Fonts service.

Monotype owns the rights to Helvetica and Helvetica Neue since they acquired Linotype in 2006. Monotype has acquired a multitude of other type companies as well. Monotype released Helvetica Now in 2019 (and a variable version in 2021). Monotype has its own fonts subscription service. While Monotype has 41 type families available in the Adobe Fonts service they have an incentive to make some of their most popular typefaces available exclusively in their own font subscription service.

I agree. Functions to "expand all" and "collapse all" would be useful. The list of fonts in the Creative Cloud app needs a real, functional scroll bar. On my desktop PC at work I can manage to get by using the scroll wheel on a mouse. At home I have a Wacom tablet connect to my computer there. The only thing I can do is use the arrow keys on the keyboard. It's very annoying.

It would be nice to have search filters for more advanced categories, such "humanist," "grotesk," etc. These kinds of search categories are available at online type stores like MyFonts.com. They'll also include tables to show all the glyphs in a font file and the advanced OpenType features, such as true small capitals, ligatures, etc.
