  1. There was an existing feature that suggested complementary fonts for headlines/body copy was incredibly helpful. It made choosing well-matched typefaces much easier. Please consider bringing it back!

  3. Im really disappointed by the way Adobe is managing resources for graphic designers, every now and them I discover something else that is no longer avalaible in adobe apps, like fonts (lemon milk, futura, frutiger, etc), color books (how in thewolrd you get rid of PANTONE, the universal color book for designers in which every brand manual is based) and more.

  4. I created a folder in my library for a project and saved six font families in it.
When I go into that library and enter my desired sample text (in Korean), the font preview appears as tofu (□), as if the glyphs are broken. This seems to be some kind of error.

Even free font websites allow users to preview sample text in many fonts without any issues. However, since Adobe transitioned to the cloud system, the programs have become extremely heavy. They lag on desktop, run slowly, and frequently produce errors.

It is frustrating to pay such a high…

  6. Like have an option to add a custom word to see how it looks in the fonts being displayed on search. Sometimes I'm just looking for how one letter flourishes into another. So instead of opening up each font and checking how it looks with my custom word, have that option on the search results itself.

  11. I'm opening files that use Montserrat Bold and for a second it looks good, but then it defaults to special characters. I've tried removing it and re-loading it and relaunching Illustrator. It does it even when I type something new and it only does it with the bold version in the font family.

  12. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/libre-franklin

Most of the italic faces of Libre Franklin render a double-left quote as if it were a single left quote.

This issue was updated in the Libre Franklin source files and the version on Google fonts.

But the Adobe fonts version is still incorrect.

  13. Fix your font search by description. When I search for "big solid angular font," I get thin fonts, rounded fonts, and script fonts.

I've attached the top four results for "Big blocky font" -- not one of them is blocky, and 3 of the four are thin script fonts. Seriously, did you even test this feature?

  14. The new Clother font is beautiful, but the Hebrew vowels don't align properly underneath the letters, making it unusable for Hebrew words with vowels.

  18. It seems Adobe Fonts service inconsistently provides OTF features across different apps.

In one particular case, I wanted to use Stylistic Set 02 of IvyPresto Text font (italic cyrillic letters) in a personal web project of mine. They were available in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, but were not possible to choose/activate in Adobe Fonts Web Projects. This inconsistency is pretty annoying as it makes picking the font and relying on it much more difficult.

  20. While exploring Aldine and Adobe Kis for French-language typesetting, I noticed a couple of small issues:

    • After a capital “L”, the kerning of the apostrophe seems overly tight when followed by certain lowercase vowels such as a, e, or o (actually, in some cases, it appears even tighter than if the apostrophe were not present at all). This can cause unfortunate ambiguities in French, where a phrase like “L’aine” might be visually mistaken for “Laine”—two words with very different meanings.

    • In combinations like “fè”, the ascender of the f tends to collide or nearly touch the è. While tight spacing…
