5. Bug with visual search feature

   Hello, the visual search feature appears to be broken on adobe fonts. I have used the feature many times in the past with decent results so I believe it is a new bug.

   I have attached some tests to show what is happening. When I upload images it is not able to read the text correctly as it has in the past. The default text is gibberish.

   Even after correcting the text, you can see the feature either returned ornaments or fonts that were not at all similar to the original.

   The only one that was read correctly was a screenshot from this feedback page, but even so, the search was not able to identify it even though it is Adobe's main typeface.

   In the end I was able to find the original font I was looking for (the purple script example) which is Caflisch Script. This font is available on Adobe Fonts so in theory the visual search, working properly, should have been able to identify it.

6. Copy CSS bug

   There is a bug in the web projects section of the website. When you click the icon to copy the CSS for a selected font, it unchecks the font effectively removing it from your project if you were to not notice and hit save. So you must click to copy and then reselect the font.

7. Having Holiday tags earlier in the year.

   I feel the a lot of user of Adobe Fonts are Design Professional and Marketers. As Marketers, we work weeks to months ahead of events. Right now the Halloween Tag is finally around but I have been pretty much done with Halloween design work since August and now I'm manually looking for Christmas fonts. I feel the Tags should pop up a bit sooner to compensate for Event work, or be available at all times.

8. SEARCH NOT WORKING!

   Search results are filtered to only display Collections and Foundries and no Font results. I have no filter on.

   No fonts listed in search results!

9. Improve Font Search

   I searched for a typeface I installed yesterday, Owners, in order to install a medium weight version. No font results appeared. I had to go to Google Search to find the Adobe font page.

    Either there is a bug or there is incorrect documentation.

    The usage of Sans 3 font mentioned in the Sans 3 font page on Adobe website

11. Visual search not showing similar fonts-BUG

    Visual search results are not even close. When I upload a screenshot the results are not even close. I uploaded a script font and all my results were all san serif. See the attached screenshot. I get better results using WhattheFont.com

12. Have [Add Family] button on Browse

    I enjoy finding new fonts through the recommendations and usually add 3-10 at a time per viewing. One issue i've faced is that a lot of the pictures immediately catch my eye and as a user you can not add the family directly from any of the recommended page. You must first click (Add fonts>Add Family).

    It would be more user friendly like this:

    1. Add Family button shows up beside Add Fonts button when browsing
    2. Change Add Fonts to View Family and then have a button beside it called Add Family.

    Beside below, location does not matter. What matters is that the user can then more effectively add fonts faster to their library without having to click more. I find it would be helpful for many users.S

13. Fix Adobe fonts. Maybe make it so that when I activate a font it is actually activated. That would be nice.

    Hightower font issues.
    I installed the font at fonts.abobe.com - it was supposedly available in the Creative Cloud app. It was not in the app. It was not in Illustrator. I restarted Creative Cloud and Illustrator - no joy. I added/removed multiple times before it was available - sometimes removing the family would only remove one of the 2 fonts.
    This is for a minor text change in a production job. I cannot afford to spend 20 minutes getting your fonts to work in order to make a 5 second text change. This is not an isolated case.
    I am the prepress manager at a label and packaging printer; I have been using Adobe apps for over 20 years. I have been using fonts through Creative Cloud for several years with no issues - until recently. Please fix this.

14. Search behaving incorrectly

    When searching "calson", the multiple fonts with "Caslon" in the title do not appear in the results, instead I get similarly spelled words or perhaps fonts that reference caslon in the description. Top fonts that actually contain the keyword still appear as suggestions when typing in the search bar.

15. Bitte fixt die Roboto für InDesign

    Hallo, sowohl ich als auch meine Kollegen haben regelmäßig Probleme mit der Roboto. Alle paar Tage öffnen wir Dokumente, in denen Roboto verwendet wurde, und Texte werden inkorrekt widergegeben, das heißt anstatt eines normal eingegebenen Fließtext sieht dieser so aus, als hätte man willkürlich irgendwelche Buchstaben keygesmasht.
    Wir alle benutzen Windows 10 und die aktuellste Version von InDesign. Bisher ist der Fehler nur in diesem Programm aufgetreten.
    Behoben werden kann der Fehler nur, indem wir auf der Adobe Fonts Seite die Roboto aufrufen, deaktivieren und erneut aktivieren.

    Ebenfalls besteht der Fehler, dass die Versionen OT beziehungsweise TT scheinbar einen Konflikt auf unseren Geräten verursachen. InDesign findet die Schrift regelmäßig nicht in der verwendeten version. Stattdessen müssen wir unter Schriftarten suchen die Roboto TT mit Roboto OT austauschen. Das nächste Mal, wenn dieselbe Datei geöffnet wird, fragt InDesign dann nach Roboto OT und wir tauschen sie wieder mit Roboto TT aus! Wir haben keine andere Version der Roboto auf unseren Rechnern installiert.

17. Palomino

    When I had the Palomino font in my indesign project it caused the program to stop responding when I tried to export. When I removed the font it exported just fine. So there might be a bug in the font.

18. I can NEVER find the font I need...

    Whatever MyFonts.com is doing is absolutely SMOKING you guys. I literally EVERY TIME, go to this site to quickly identify the text I need.

    I find myself wasting a lot of time screenshotting their text, going into paint mode, rendering it as a PNG, THEN going into Illustrator to make an image trace ONLY BECAUSE you guys have very and I mean VERY RARELY identify the text that I need. You have a lot of fonts to choose from but your identifier on the site absolutely SUCKS.

    Time is MONEY and due to the majority of the circumstances, I NEVER have time to browse the font list in hopes of finding the font that I would need to do a job for a client. Please consider what I'm saying and take the time to figure out what is causing the identifier to NEVER get it right and waste my time. thanks in advance.

20. font porblerm

    I'm using a Pretendered font and every time I turn on an illustration file, I get an error that doesn't have the font applied. And there are times when I connect to the illustration, the Pretender font is not in the font. It's been a while since I activated the Pretend font. That's why I'm tired of waiting every time
