  1. PLEASE make it possible to delete foreign fonts from FontBook. They take up too much room on my font list when using Illustrator. PLEASE! I have no idea how to do it. That is your job!

  2. Would be nice to be able to see OTF features which work with web font variants while browsing for fonts, when a page of a particular font is opened. Perhaps a list of available OTF tags could be added on top, and they can be clicked to apply them to CSS below.

I know from a consumer standpoint it seams easier than it technically actually is, but I also believe it shouldn't be too complicated to apply the CSS option at least to the "Details" display field of a font.

  3. It seems Adobe Fonts service inconsistently provides OTF features across different apps.

In one particular case, I wanted to use Stylistic Set 02 of IvyPresto Text font (italic cyrillic letters) in a personal web project of mine. They were available in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, but were not possible to choose/activate in Adobe Fonts Web Projects. This inconsistency is pretty annoying as it makes picking the font and relying on it much more difficult.

  5. Share a web project with others for collaborative editing; Create a solution for the problem of institutional ownership of webkit fonts that would not be tied to individual licenses, but can be shared, etc... So licenses are not tied to employees

  6. Adobe Fonts currently offers Noto Sans CJK JP/KR, but it's an older version.
    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/noto-sans-cjk-kr
    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/noto-sans-cjk-jp

The latest version of Noto Sans CJK is 2.004.
    https://github.com/notofonts/noto-cjk

There's also a serif font, Noto Serif CJK. The latest version of Noto Serif CJK is 2.003.

In other words, we propose adding the following fonts to the Noto Sans CJK group:

    • Noto Sans CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.004)
    • Noto Sans Mono CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.004)
    • Noto Serif CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.003)

We believe the latest addition of Noto CJK will benefit the 1.6 billion people in East Asia.

    Original Japanese:
    現在Adobe FontsにはNoto Sans CJK JP/KRが存在しますが、古いバージョンです。…

  7. Unable to find a version of the standard A CARL BULLETS font on Adobe Fonts. I tried ITC Zapf Dingbat Std which is available, but it will not load on the CC app. Shocked this is not available; these are workhorse fonts.

  11. Keep thumbnail of uploaded image at top of screen while using search by image. It currently remains stationary, but it should fix to the top of the window and remain visible as you scroll down the possible matches so the user can compare their original font with the suggested similar fonts.

  12. While exploring Aldine and Adobe Kis for French-language typesetting, I noticed a couple of small issues:

    • After a capital “L”, the kerning of the apostrophe seems overly tight when followed by certain lowercase vowels such as a, e, or o (actually, in some cases, it appears even tighter than if the apostrophe were not present at all). This can cause unfortunate ambiguities in French, where a phrase like “L’aine” might be visually mistaken for “Laine”—two words with very different meanings.

    • In combinations like “fè”, the ascender of the f tends to collide or nearly touch the è. While tight spacing…

  13. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/ff-cocon#fonts-section

The Web versions of FF Cocon Pro fonts do not display correctly when using them - they're all linked to italic versions (even the non-Italic versions!). It's the same on Adobe Fonts as well, which is strange. Please advise. Thanks!

  15. I have an issue with URW Baskerville since the baseline does not align from Regular to Italic. Maybe it's a baseline or vertical metric bug? Baseline alignment across different styles should be a fundamental expectation, right? Unfortunately we use this font in our ID. Is this something you might wish to fix – since precision in type design is everything? I hope for a quick resolve. BR, Frederik Rafn Barfod

  16. I am having trouble with two fonts. While I have one font family selected, the bold version loading is from the other font family.

    What I want, T.26 Carbon: Bold - https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/t26-carbon

What loads, Carbon: Bold - https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/carbon

All of the other styles from T.26 Carbon load correctly, except the Bold style is from Carbon. Both used to be installed on my machine, but I removed the Carbon (by Ray Larabie) family and yet the Bold loads under the T.26 Carbon family.

  18. Both these typefaces each bring a distinct personality - Serpentine with its sharp, futuristic edge, and TF Trantino with its expressive, timeless character. Including them would add unique, high-impact options to the library and broaden creative possibilities for designers.

Serpentine: Designed by Dick Jensen, originally published by Linotype. Currently available on myfonts.com

TF Trantino: A digital revision/revival of Tribune by Joe Treacy. Currently available on treacyfaces.com

  19. would like to suggest some points of improvement in the Adobe Fonts part within the Creative Cloud desktop application.

1 - It would be ideal if we could search for fonts by simply typing their name into a search bar, even if only among those that have been added. It's such a simple thing that it doesn't make much sense that it hasn't been implemented yet. Having to access Adobe Fonts via the browser every time to search for a font eats up time.

2 - Please add a scroll bar that is always visible to the tab within the…

  20. Font randomly stopped respecting line height. This only happens for Aktiv Grotesk. Temporary solution is to set line height explicitly and change display to inline-block.

Multiple instances of other people experiencing this issue going back five years:

No known reason for the font to begin rendering incorrectly.
