Activating fonts for non-Adobe apps
God almighty, please, especially now that Adobe bought Figma, let me bulk activate fonts for non-Adobe apps in CC without having to MANUALLY check every variant of a font I want to sync.
I am holding back a lot of contempt for the product managers at Adobe who thought of this feature. Quintessentially a sample of gratuitous suffering that the Adobe team has gotten us used to as paying customers.

The fonts experience in Adobe is atrocious.

Same problem. Adobe font management is a mess.
Trying to install a font on my desktop for use in Illustrator took me 2 hours trying to get around the "Unable to launch Creative Cloud app" alert on the website. I had to give up and find the font through other means.
And another thing... Rajniji, with respect, he doesn't need to give you "troubleshooting steps". That's a lazy copy paste response. He is giving valuable feedback and like me will probably not return to this thread. And like me, probably looking to replace our adobe apps with ones that provide actual value for money. There... I said it.

Hi Michael - can you provide some details on the troubleshooting steps you take on the website?

The duality and split personalities of browsing/activating fonts from the web, but managing them in the CC app functions poorly and is frustrating. You start your search in the App where your tools are centralized. It sends you to the web to browse. Then it sends you back to CC to manage your installed fonts and— no, it doesn't. 'Manage fonts' leads to a black hole. Eventually you find the options in their poor location in CC. But, there are conflicts with local fonts you had installed. Then things start getting really weird—fonts fail to activate or deactivate, and you have to go back to the web site to troubleshoot.
I shouldn't have browser windows and cc app windows open to do one task. Don't you use these apps? In an enterprise environment, with limitations on web access and web apps? Don't you find it ridiculous to use? Time is money in our world, isn't it in yours?

As you can see, after 150 days all the fonts in CC are getting deactivated. That option can't be disabled. Thanks, Adobe, for all the wasted hours.

Bonus: every time I sync a font variant (because I can't sync the entire font for non-Adobe apps) it scrolls up top, to the parent dropdown. It's like it purposefully made to annoy you as much as possible.

All the fonts are initially expanded, and you have to close every dropdown manually because of course there is no way to multi-select.

You can't even Sort the fonts you have active A-Z so you can actually find the font you're trying to activate.

Jesus, I came back here to comment again, it's ridiculous how bad this is.
