An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Erin,
I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulties downloading fonts from our website. It would be extremely helpful if you could collect and send us network logs. Here are the steps to do so:
1. Open your browser’s developer tools: You can usually open this by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows or Cmd+Option+I on macOS. Alternatively, you can right-click on the webpage and select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element".
2. Navigate to the 'Network' tab. This tab records your browser's network activity.
3. Try downloading a font: While the network tab is open and recording, attempt to download a font. This action will capture the network requests made during the download attempt.
4. Right-click in the network tab and select 'Save all as HAR with content': This will save a HAR file containing the network logs.
5. Attach the HAR file to your reply: This file will help us analyze what might be going wrong.Thank you for being so cooperative. I look forward to your response so we can resolve this issue quickly!
Thank You,
Supriya

Hi,
Could you please change your app settings to English? Go to Settings > Type > Show Font Names in English, turn this setting ON, and then restart the app. This might help make the font name appear in English instead of Korean.
Thank You,
Supriya
