  2. Dear Adobe Fonts Team,

I frequently need to find fonts that include specific characters, like ℗ or certain accents. Currently, there's no way to filter fonts based on the presence of specific characters. Adding this feature would be very useful for users who require specific characters for their work, including those working with different languages.

Thank you for considering this suggestion.

    Best regards,
    Mark Reategui

  4. I don't know how this is still missing at managing fonts with adobe software, but it will be a lot easier to find a font that has a Cyrillic variation, if there is a switch for that.
Now I need to scroll through every font in the list, that I have, just to find fonts that supports Cyrillic. It's really annoying and not really a fast process.

  5. Sometimes when I open any Adobe program that uses fonts, some of them appear to be missing, although I have used them in the same file for a long time. This time it seems all the fonts are missing, and I am logged into my account.
This in very asnnoying, how do I fix this?
I have the creative cloud and fonts online open, they show all the fonts exist inmy library, but to unisntall and reinstall them every time is very annoying.
    Any help appreciated.

  6. please place a filter in the adobe font library for which fonts have ligatures and swashes. it is truly disappointing to have to load a font in an application before seeing if they have ligatures/swatches—takes much time. thank you for your good help.

  7. I tried to use the search by image feature to see if there are any Adobe fonts similar to Genty, and most of the results it gave me were symbol fonts (where each letter types an icon instead of the letter itself). When identifying the letters in my image, it got most of them correct - I just had to correct the capital T and lowercase L, which were misidentified - which means it could tell it was a normal font, not a symbol font, and yet it still suggested symbol fonts as a possible match. I followed the guidelines…

  9. SCROLLING IN LARGE QUANTITIES
If I as a professional am looking for a font I want to be able to scroll. Now I have to look and then click to the next page over and over again. This gives a big delay in the process. Websites like DaFont give you the option to look per 25, 500 100 or 200 fonts. I d not understand how a company specialized in graphic software can miss this and needs to be asked for this feature.

  10. As a Designer working to create branding, identity and logos, for over 25 years, when searching for a font to use for literally anything, I need to quickly see all font styles at once and don't have time to manually turn down every folders' arrow to preview them individually. Sometimes different styles look entirely different than the version presented by default, and this can't be anticipated. It's better to have the option to preview all styles than making users do more work accomplish this. I've found that having this feature (as you can in Suitcase) is a HUGE time saving…

  11. While exploring Aldine and Adobe Kis for French-language typesetting, I noticed a couple of small issues:

    • After a capital “L”, the kerning of the apostrophe seems overly tight when followed by certain lowercase vowels such as a, e, or o (actually, in some cases, it appears even tighter than if the apostrophe were not present at all). This can cause unfortunate ambiguities in French, where a phrase like “L’aine” might be visually mistaken for “Laine”—two words with very different meanings.

    • In combinations like “fè”, the ascender of the f tends to collide or nearly touch the è. While tight spacing…

  14. Would love to be able to custom organize/tag/label/categorize (etc) fonts within the actual Adobe apps, like Photoshop & Illustrator. I see Adobe has added this kind of custom labelling/organizing feature on this Adobe Fonts website, but there's still no way to organize the fonts within the actual app, or at the very least be able to access the custom categories created on the Adobe Fonts website.

  15. I need to browse through every font in the Adobe Fonts collection and in order to ensure I don't miss any, I display them alphabetically. However, displaying all fonts in alphabetical order is currently impossible because the system limits pagination to a maximum of 200 pages, which only shows fonts up to the letter K. How to show all the rest, from K to Z?

  16. Hello,

it would be nice to search for a certain font-look-a-like AND simultaneously search for features that are needed. For example when you need a typo that supports Romanian language (glyphs) but it must look like Interstate which doesn't support Romanian glyphs.

  17. Hi. There's currently no way to use Adobe Fonts with the new Gutenberg system in WordPress 6.5. That is, unless you add a 3rd party page builder theme.

As I hear it, they're building an API for their new WP font manager, so work is needed on the Adobe end to plug Adobe Fonts in.

This is a new / forthcoming issue. They published the release candidate of WP 6.5 a week ago, and before that it was a beta for a while.

I was asked by Adobe staff to post this here as a reply to a forum question.…

  19. I've lost count of the number of times I enable certain Adobe fonts via your website only for them to be highlighted as 'missing' the next time I open my InDesign document that uses them! Is this a bug or a limit on the number of fonts I can enable? If you're getting rid of OTF support across your products then your own fonts need to be reliable. Also, on that subject, a comparison to OTF fonts would be useful in the search.

  20. The Adobe Fonts site is one of the shttiest user experiences I've come across in ages. Stop using the font ads/graphics and let me see the gddamned sample text I typed in the preview window. And why am I required to retype that sample text when I click on view font family??? Being Adobe, how can you not find competent designers? They obviously don't use the site themselves. I have SO many more complaints about the UX on the site and how y'all have complicated font usage, but this BS needs to be fixed immediately. You're messing with…
