cant download fonts
An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added.
I've restarted my device and signed out of all accounts. Still getting this message when I try to download fonts.
Font services are back working as expected. Apologies to everyone who was impacted by this outage.

What about, besides fixing the bug, adding a warning message on https://fonts.adobe.com/? It would have saved me a lot of wasted time restarting, updating and testing browsers.

Adobe software has gotten so buggy. We pay a subscription to have everything working at ALL times. Not being able to change fonts for minutes is not good but for 2 days is a big deal.

I'm having the same issue, windows 11...😒logged out, and in, checked for updates... did a rain dance... tried from CC desk top app...tried from web browser...cried a bit...

I can't add ANY fonts... i've tried everything i an think of...restarting... reinstalling creative cloud... trying a different machine... this is so frustrating I can't do any work and i have deadlines!!!!!

I spoke with help desk and their engineers are working on the issue. Check status.adobe.com to keep an eye on their progress.

I'm having the same issue.
Followed every step. Logged out of CC, restarted, logged back in... same issues.

Same issue adding any fonts.
Clients won't wait for flaky software to work.
Logging out of accounts, restarting & other troubleshooting suggestions do not work.
What do we pay the subscriptions for?
