Add missing ligatures for Capitolina and Nimbus Roman
Capitolina font on Adobe is missing discretionary ligatures ("ffb", "ffh", etc.). Nimbus Roman D is missing "ffl" ligature (and possibly others). See images below: I've included examples from the Adobe website (which is also how the fonts present when downloaded), and examples from MyFonts which show correctly.

Every app. It occurs in all apps accessing fonts downloaded with Creative Cloud, as well as web fonts accessed from the server. So my guess is the ligatures are missing from the source files themselves.
