You can turn off notifications from Preferences > Notifications and uncheck Adobe Fonts. -

Voici la réponse de l'équipe Illustrator :
Par défaut, Illustrator affiche le nom de la police dans la langue de la police. Cela peut être modifié par les préférences d'Illustrator.
