Acumin Variable – Accents etc not working with keystroke?
Often use Acumin for rear label work, but finding when using it for other languages, the accents etc don't work with keystrokes, and have to be added via a Glyphs panel, which can be a little frustrating if there are many in the copy.

Various comments:
- Please use Acumin VF instead of Acumin Variable Concept. As a concept font, the latter only covers a small portion of Acumin’s repertoire
- to access the ô, there’s various ways; depending on the keyboard (alt-l not one of them):French keyboard (macOS):
- alt-^ (the key right next to “p”), or
- just the ^ key and then o afterUS keyboard (macOS):
- alt-i, and then o afterUnsolicited:
To make the numbers in SE1 7EU align with the capital letters, use the cap figures, which should be accessible via the “All Caps” button (in Acumin VF, not Acumin Variable Concept). -
Hi Ben - this issue has been submitted to engineering for investigation. Thank you for your patience.

Hi - yes, Acumin Variable Concept.

Hi Ben - I wanted to confirm if you are using Acumin Variable Concept or Acumin VF. The Acumin VF should be working as expected - we are currently investigating the issue with Acumin Variable Concept.

Thanks Ranjini – here's a screenshot from earlier when it happened when using 'alt + I' (usual keystroke for this character). The character changes to the default Myriad. I have to then use the Glyphs panel to find the correct character.

Hi Ben - what program are you seeing this issue in? Can you also share a screenshot of what happens when you try entering accent marks with your keyboard?
