  1. Font syncing needs major improvement

    Adobe fonts is definitely my go-to for high-quality, unique, spot-on fonts and I use it all the time for all kinds of projects.

    However, I'm constantly having syncing issues with adobe fonts. Firstly, when installing, it takes forever for it to activate within the adobe apps. And then, even more frustrating, once it has already been installed, the apps 'forget' and show that it's inactive. I then have to try uninstalling and reinstalling it (which takes a lot of time since it takes forever to sync), and then often have to sign out of adobe completely, restart my computer,…

  2. Misleading information on Interstate language support

    Hi,

    The 'About' section of the Interstate font states: ... 'The family was expanded to include full support for Central and Eastern Europe languages, as well as Cyrillic and Greek.'

    That is however not the case with the version provided by Adobe, which only includes standard version without other languages support. I think this is an example tapping into a broader problem: Adobe customers are not treated equally. Those, whose projects involve languages other than those considered 'standard' (which in itself sounds bizarre), are out of luck.   3. fj ligature for Adobe Kis

    I was trying to contact font designer Robert Slimbach directly about this issue, but that (unsurprisingly) was not so easy. The issue is that Adobe Kis does not contain a fj-ligature, something which I fully expect a full featured font from Adobe to have (the other great fonts by Slimbach, like Warnock, Minion and Garamond Premier all have this). The letter combination fj is unheard of in English, but very common in Norwegian, so a discerning designer in Norway will avoid fonts that have no fj ligature.   4. Missing Font Styles (e.g. Regular, SemiBold) in Properties Panel for Captions/Text v25.5

    In Premiere Pro v25.5 (Build 13), certain font styles are missing from the Font Style dropdown in the Properties panel when working with Captions or Text.

    Despite these fonts being:
    • Installed and fully active via Adobe Fonts (green status in Creative Cloud)
    • Verified as working in other Adobe apps like Photoshop or Illustrator
    • Showing the full style set (e.g., Regular, SemiBold) on fonts.adobe.com

    They do not appear as options in the Properties panel. For example:
    • Montserrat Regular and Montserrat SemiBold do not show up.
    • Only styles like Light, Thin, or Bold Italic are available in…
