Make your fonts 'stick' in Adobe applications
I've lost count of the number of times I enable certain Adobe fonts via your website only for them to be highlighted as 'missing' the next time I open my InDesign document that uses them! Is this a bug or a limit on the number of fonts I can enable? If you're getting rid of OTF support across your products then your own fonts need to be reliable. Also, on that subject, a comparison to OTF fonts would be useful in the search.1 vote

Better filtering for English
When I try to filter by English for language and sort by newest, I still see an unending number of Chinese fonts displayed. None of them seem to have any English characters.
Either fix the language for these or give me the ability to exclude fonts which are useless to me by language (even if they contain "English" for a language).1 vote
How about not deleting fonts that I am actively using?
Here's my idea: when I start designing a new book, and I pick a certain font, and spend several days developing the design, it would be nice if the font didn't suddenly disappear from Adobe Fonts, with no notification and no explanation.
Here's another idea: how about, when I spend about ten minutes just navigating Adobe's telephone menu to speak to an operator, someone at the other end could actually pick up the phone rather than just letting it ring and eventually go dead?1 vote
Switch to show ONLY CYRILLIC fonts
I don't know how this is still missing at managing fonts with adobe software, but it will be a lot easier to find a font that has a Cyrillic variation, if there is a switch for that.
Now I need to scroll through every font in the list, that I have, just to find fonts that supports Cyrillic. It's really annoying and not really a fast process.5 votes
Fix Font Syncing UX
The current font syncing UX through creative cloud is extremely frustrating. After downloading a dozen font families, those families are constantly disappearing off of my computer (even though the families are still selected as active) and requiring me to re-download/install them individually by font weight/style. This means having to click the "download/install" button 10+ times for every single font family, meaning 100's of clicks for a full library, which has to be re-done every few months. On top of that, the fonts are re-arranged within the list immediately after the download button is clicked (I'm assuming because they're ordered by last modified date?), making it completely unusable for anything larger than two font families, as the font you're trying to download instantly jumps to the top of a long list.
Potential fixes for this problem:
1. If a font is selected as activated, don't remove it from the system. (Adding this as a preference would be fine too if need be). I can only assume this is a licensing thing because why would you un-download an activated font automatically??
2. If that's not possible, have a "Re-download All" button that downloads all active fonts, or at the very least add a download button next to each family as opposed to by individual weight.
3. Don't reorder the list as download buttons are being clicked (or just order by name so it doesn't reorder by last modified following every click) so the fonts aren't jumping around as you're trying to re-download.
Any/all of these should be fairly easy fixes to one of the worst UX's I've ever been subjected to. (end rant and thanks for the consideration, we all appreciate it!!)
PS If a "download all" feature exists and I've just missed it, disregard all that, but haven't found a way to download more than one font weight at a time.

Font Pairing In Search
I would really like to "pin" a font I know I will be using to the "Search fonts" sample text windows. A small sub-card in the top left of the window could work great to display a short string driven by a text input and dropdown search of saved fonts in the filters tab.2 votes
There is no Cyrillic filter option on https://fonts.adobe.com/. I wanted to upgrade my Adobe account to include Illustrator, but all the work I am going to do is with Cyrillic fonts and upon trying to see if there are any good ones on Adobe, I couldn't because the filter is simply missing. I am guessing the same is true for the in-app search as well.3 votes

Please make Favorites more findable
Once in a while I want to view my favorited / hearted fonts. But those are hard to find.
Why not having the Favorites page ccessible througout every page in Adobe Fonts?6 votesunder review · AdminMolly Doane (Assoc. Product Manager, Adobe Type, Adobe - Type (Fonts)) responded
Thanks for posting. We've received quite a few suggestions for how to update our favorites system, and we agree there are improvements to be made. Our team is reviewing the feedback and we will keep you posted as we consider what actions we can take at this time.
After scanning the image of the font, it doesn't look for similar font.
Font name is Circular STD and it's not on Adobe font lists. So there is an option to take pics to look for similar fonts. After scanning the image of the font, it doesn't do anything. Why is there option to upload images if it doesn't do anything?1 vote
Please add a way to sort for recently activated fonts.
By the time I've activated several new fonts to try in a design, I've forgotten what they were all called. So then I have to scroll through my fonts to see if I can find them visually, which is time-consuming since I have loads of fonts. I've resorted to screenshots. If I remember to take them. Would you please add this feature?5 votes
Bug in Bennet Text : Superscript numbers only properly renders as a serif when a subscript is added in Figma
This doesn't happen with other Adobe serif fonts (or other serif fonts outside of Adobe fonts), but this one. It renders as a sans-serif when a number is chosen. If it's letters or words, it's a proper serif.
However, you add anywhere in the paragraph a subscript, which properly renders as serif, the superscript suddenly turns into a serif.
This behavior is showcased in Figma.1 vote
