  2. Share a web project with others for collaborative editing; Create a solution for the problem of institutional ownership of webkit fonts that would not be tied to individual licenses, but can be shared, etc... So licenses are not tied to employees

  3. Gewoon een simpele normale font selector zonder duizend opties. De twist in dit idee is dat hij dan ook gewoon werkt. Niet zoals de huidige complexe font selector

  4. We need integration with font managers. Even if the CC app wasn't lightyears behind third-party programs, it would still be beneficial to your customer base to provide them with the option and freedom to choose their management system.

I understand the need for security since the fonts licenses aren't being purchased, but realistically the only security CC provides is changing the font file names and storing them in a temporary location. You can use a simple program to have those files located and converted back into readable font files, then move them to the folder of your choosing.

    So this…

  5. There is currently no option to download previously uploaded fonts.

Please include a download option for any previously uploaded font, as at present there is only a "remove" option for uploaded fonts.

  6. Adobe Fonts currently offers Noto Sans CJK JP/KR, but it's an older version.
    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/noto-sans-cjk-kr
    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/noto-sans-cjk-jp

The latest version of Noto Sans CJK is 2.004.
    https://github.com/notofonts/noto-cjk

There's also a serif font, Noto Serif CJK. The latest version of Noto Serif CJK is 2.003.

In other words, we propose adding the following fonts to the Noto Sans CJK group:

    • Noto Sans CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.004)
    • Noto Sans Mono CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.004)
    • Noto Serif CJK SC/TC/HK/JP/KR (Version: 2.003)

We believe the latest addition of Noto CJK will benefit the 1.6 billion people in East Asia.

    Original Japanese:
    現在Adobe FontsにはNoto Sans CJK JP/KRが存在しますが、古いバージョンです。…

  7. Unable to find a version of the standard A CARL BULLETS font on Adobe Fonts. I tried ITC Zapf Dingbat Std which is available, but it will not load on the CC app. Shocked this is not available; these are workhorse fonts.

  10. On OSX, when adding Antonia Variable to my project, only the Roman styles end up being available in InDesign.

On the Adobe Fonts Web UI, there's two fonts, but installing results in just one font (Antonia Variable) in InDesign's menus, and only the axes / styles from Antonia Variable Roman are available. Antonia Variable Oblique doesn't show up in menus.

  11. Can we please have regular and bold weights for Adobe Naskh Arabic font? Decent fonts for typesetting Arabic for print are rare. They often have errors, in the diacritics for example. Adobe Naskh does not seem to have these issues. It is exceptional, no doubt because of Robert Slimbach's involvement, but it only comes in a medium weight. This makes it difficult to use in a printing situation. You have to rely on other fonts to do the bold occasions etc. So, can we please have regular and bold weights for Adobe Naskh? Thank you.

  12. Had issues with New Kansas Swash working on all devices except Mobile. Discovered the issue is with the .css saying 'font-style: normal'.

Change to 'font-style: italic' or if using a web build click on the italic option.

This has been a real headache and so happy it was figured out. Hope that helps.

  13. Please improve your font recognition software. The A in the font I was trying to identify isn't even close to the one in the image.

  14. Removing the single styles and only offer the font as a variable was a major bummer. But despite this, when i add the font it only adds the Regular weight and not as a variable.

  16. Keep thumbnail of uploaded image at top of screen while using search by image. It currently remains stationary, but it should fix to the top of the window and remain visible as you scroll down the possible matches so the user can compare their original font with the suggested similar fonts.

  17. Fonts automatically disappeared in my illustrator very often and I was not able to call them back.
(Very frustrating issues, especially in ongoing projects...)

I tried to activate a font through Adobe fonts website and Creative Cloud many times, but both of them failed.
(My computer, illustrator, and creative cloud apps are all new and new updated.)

What happened often was that I activated the whole family of fonts, but only some of them was activated.

For example, I tried to activate "Questa Sans" Family with 10 fonts included, but only 9 of them were actually activated and able to…

  18. While exploring Aldine and Adobe Kis for French-language typesetting, I noticed a couple of small issues:

    • After a capital “L”, the kerning of the apostrophe seems overly tight when followed by certain lowercase vowels such as a, e, or o (actually, in some cases, it appears even tighter than if the apostrophe were not present at all). This can cause unfortunate ambiguities in French, where a phrase like “L’aine” might be visually mistaken for “Laine”—two words with very different meanings.

    • In combinations like “fè”, the ascender of the f tends to collide or nearly touch the è. While tight spacing…

  19. https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/ff-cocon#fonts-section

The Web versions of FF Cocon Pro fonts do not display correctly when using them - they're all linked to italic versions (even the non-Italic versions!). It's the same on Adobe Fonts as well, which is strange. Please advise. Thanks!

  20. Adobe Fonts has recently changed how font weights are displayed on their site, making it significantly harder for designers to browse and compare options efficiently. The new interface prioritizes style over functionality, replacing a perfectly usable system with something that’s visually “cute” but ultimately disruptive. It’s slowing down my workflow and making font selection much more frustrating than it needs to be.

I actually called Adobe and was directed here to share my feedback. The reality is, most designers don’t have time to track down where to voice these frustrations — which means this issue may be more widespread than…
