  1. God almighty, please, especially now that Adobe bought Figma, let me bulk activate fonts for non-Adobe apps in CC without having to MANUALLY check every variant of a font I want to sync.

I am holding back a lot of contempt for the product managers at Adobe who thought of this feature. Quintessentially a sample of gratuitous suffering that the Adobe team has gotten us used to as paying customers.

  2. For Companies that would like to move dozens, if not hundreds of Fonts to Adobe Font, allow for a batch upload of Fonts (currently there is a batch limit of 20)

  3. Although I like being able to "HEART" a font, it's one dimensional to my needs.

I would like to be able to create a "TAG" or a "FOLDER" so that as I'm researching Adobe fonts for a project, I can virtually/dynamically organize them into that "TAG". Then, when in InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, I can filter fonts to show just those associated with that TAG/FOLDER.

This would be helpful if you're jumping into and out of various brands that use different Typefaces.

You could better organize groups of fonts by Brand or Project and get to them faster.

  4. Create a filter to view and further refine only the standard fonts shipped with Adobe Creative Cloud. My enterprise license does not allow the use of Adobe Fonts and I frequently have trouble finding suitable fonts that have the styles required inside (bold, italic, etc.) It would be nice to be able to drill down and compare my options on this site since clicking them one by one in InDesign is time consuming.

  6. How to resolve fonts failing to load properly. I regularly need close down and re-open the Adobe version of Futura (PT) to get it work.

  7. Suggestion: make it possible to remove fonts from the "previously active" list in the Creative Cloud app.

Sometimes you try and then firmly reject a font, or have fonts you used long ago for just one project and are really unlikely to need again. It would be nice to be able to remove these even from the "previously active" list, as it grows longer!

  9. The Adobe Fonts site is one of the shttiest user experiences I've come across in ages. Stop using the font ads/graphics and let me see the gddamned sample text I typed in the preview window. And why am I required to retype that sample text when I click on view font family??? Being Adobe, how can you not find competent designers? They obviously don't use the site themselves. I have SO many more complaints about the UX on the site and how y'all have complicated font usage, but this BS needs to be fixed immediately. You're messing with…

    1. I can manage fonts I have purchased OUTSIDE of Adobe, and deploy them to all workstations.

    2. Individual users can navigate to https://fonts.adobe.com/ and add Adobe fonts to their workstation.

but.... as an Enterprise Administrator I do not have the ability to designate which workstations, or if all workstations, should have particular fonts from https://fonts.adobe.com/ already installed on the workstation.

I would like to select a font (like Futura PT), and have it automatically load on workstations when the users sign in - without their need to intervene.

In our environment consistency between workstations is imperative. Even though a user has…

  11. Google fonts on typekit differ from original font, for example the Nunito.
Take a look at the letter 'l' lowercase.
Version on typekit is just a straight line at google fonts it has a light arc at the baseline.

    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/nunito
    https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Nunito?preview.text_type=custom&query=nunito

Please solve these issues, is really problematic.

  12. I would really like to "pin" a font I know I will be using to the "Search fonts" sample text windows. A small sub-card in the top left of the window could work great to display a short string driven by a text input and dropdown search of saved fonts in the filters tab.

  13. I updated my Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD - after that on all flyers and wireframes I had Helvetica Neue used, replaced the font. And surprisingly, I have been using it for a long time and now I cannot even see it on the list.

    What just happened?

  16. I'd like the ability to use custom fonts in a Web Project.

We can upload to Typekit and use custom fonts in offline projects, (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc.), how about the ability to use them in 'online' projects (dreamweaver (or any other website creation program))?

I'm aware the webfonts can be used, but why not have the ability to collate all fonts into one Web Project/ typekit stylesheet?

Thanks for submitting this idea! Currently the fonts users upload are added to the Creative Cloud app; they exist outside of the Adobe Fonts service. Additionally, it would be difficult to build a feature that would comply with the various End User License Agreements of the fonts users upload.

To support this feature we would need to overhaul our web font service, which unfortunately isn’t on our roadmap right now. Regardless, I appreciate your comments and have shared them with our product team.

  17. Multiple team members making substitutions = inconsistency, UNLESS we can create a cross reference of our chosen Type 1 > Open Type substitutions, including what tweaks each person should make to accommodate ensuing changes to line wrap, leading, styles, etc. We can't have one person changing tracking to accommodate a new font, while another sizes the font down. Or chooses a different font...

I know the list might change, but can we at least download a "current" list of possible choices? Surfing online through our subscription fonts to activate and test is going to be a full-time job for the…

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've attached a list of the fonts included in our subscription library as of today. This list will quickly become outdated as we add new fonts all the time, but we hope it gives you a starting point to manage this transition. I'm sorry that we're not able to help further, but I've shared your comments with our product team for consideration.

  18. It would be wonderful if you could stock up with more Hebrew serif fonts, like: Greta Text Hebrew and Fedra Serif by Typotheque, or Emuna and Bar Yochay by Masterfont.

These serif fonts would be useful for book and traditional scriptural text more than the existing sans-serif catalog.

Every time I have to go into fonts.adobe and deactivate them and reactivate them and the reappear. Please advise?
