1. Not able to "actually" activate a font

   Fonts automatically disappeared in my illustrator very often and I was not able to call them back.
   (Very frustrating issues, especially in ongoing projects...)

   I tried to activate a font through Adobe fonts website and Creative Cloud many times, but both of them failed.
   (My computer, illustrator, and creative cloud apps are all new and new updated.)

   What happened often was that I activated the whole family of fonts, but only some of them was activated.

   For example, I tried to activate "Questa Sans" Family with 10 fonts included, but only 9 of them were actually activated and able to use in illustrator. "Questa Sans Regular" was not able to activate after plenty of tries.
   (The weird thing was that it showed only 8 of them in creative cloud...)

   It will be very helpful if you fix it.

2. A separate fontmanager.

   A sturdy and failsafe fontmanager, apart from the CC app. With sets, folders, rankings. This makes it more easy to activate / deactivate font sets per project.

3. Enable browsing ALL fonts alphabetically

   I need to browse through every font in the Adobe Fonts collection and in order to ensure I don't miss any, I display them alphabetically. However, displaying all fonts in alphabetical order is currently impossible because the system limits pagination to a maximum of 200 pages, which only shows fonts up to the letter K. How to show all the rest, from K to Z?

4. Adding fonts to Illustrator can be a little cumbersome.

   Adding fonts would be easier if I didn't have to restart Adobe Illustrator every time to utilize it.

5. More font categories

   I would love to see font categories for the different decades in graphic art history. For example, common fonts used during the 1950s.

8. search for look-a-likes

   Hello,

   it would be nice to search for a certain font-look-a-like AND simultaneously search for features that are needed. For example when you need a typo that supports Romanian language (glyphs) but it must look like Interstate which doesn't support Romanian glyphs.

9. Integrate Adobe Fonts with the new WordPress Gutenberg editor/designer.

   Hi. There's currently no way to use Adobe Fonts with the new Gutenberg system in WordPress 6.5. That is, unless you add a 3rd party page builder theme.

   As I hear it, they're building an API for their new WP font manager, so work is needed on the Adobe end to plug Adobe Fonts in.

   This is a new / forthcoming issue. They published the release candidate of WP 6.5 a week ago, and before that it was a beta for a while.

   I was asked by Adobe staff to post this here as a reply to a forum question. At that time I was still trying to understand why the instructions that Adobe Fonts gives didn't work.

   While this issue is unsolved, I recommend that you stick a notification on the install instructions page to let people know that these two products are incompatible for the time being.

   This would save everyone a lot of grief, including your customer support staff :)

10. Printing a list of available Adobe Fonts currently available

    To be able to download either a PDF or to be able to print a list of the Adobe Fonts library. Clients are requesting this daily.

11. Download All Fonts Button

    I think it would be good to add a "Download All Fonts" button somewhere within the fonts page in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. The button would download all fonts in your font library. This would be an amazing feature and would make it easier for users to download all their fonts at once. For example If a user buys a new computer and is not transferring their data across and is just simply doing a full reset or if someone completely resets their pc for some reason they have to go in the app and install all their fonts again and if you are someone like myself with 880+ fonts it can be a really tedious task. It would also be a tedious task for someone with as little as 100 fonts but then you have 800+ fonts it is really tedious and time consuming, therefore I believe it would be a good idea to add a "Download All Fonts" button which would just add all of your fonts to the download queue. Maybe a feature that allows you to select a list of fonts and just adds them to the download queue and just have a "Select All" button to select all of the users fonts

12. More options for the preview in font manager

    Being able to change the preview text, the spacing, and leading would help immensely when picking out a font for a new project.
    In addition to the regular preview the same pictures provided with the fonts on the website would allow for a quick overview.

13. Please add a scroll bar for the fonts list in the Creative Cloud Desktop App

    The Adobe Fonts section in the Creative Cloud Desktop App needs some improvements to its user interface. Currently the fonts list does not have a functioning scroll bar. At work I use a desktop PC running Win 11 Pro and at home I use a notebook running Win 10 Pro. At work I can get by using the scroll wheel on my mouse. At home I have a Wacom tablet connected; the only way I can scroll through the fonts list is by hitting arrow keys on the keyboard. And that often doesn't work. It's really annoying.

    I really miss being able to manage all the fonts I sync just using the Adobe Fonts web site. It was easier there. Installing and removing fonts using the Creative Cloud desktop app is far more cumbersome. The biggest problem is the scroll bar issue. The problem is compounded by all type families being expanded so every style in a type family is visible. That just increases the amount of scrolling required.

14. Font Sample Sheets & personal Font Packs

    I'd like to be able to do 2 things from within the Adobe Fonts interface, and if possible through Adobe apps:

    1) Create / choose a template to create type specimen sheets, and
    2) Create personal / shareable Font Packs.

    The specimen sheet request is a great way to preview a font/family.

    Personally curated Font Packs would be invaluable for curating and activating/deactivating project-based fonts.

15. Allow Batch Uploading of Fonts

    For Companies that would like to move dozens, if not hundreds of Fonts to Adobe Font, allow for a batch upload of Fonts (currently there is a batch limit of 20)

16. Adding fonts to Wix websites.

    It would be great to have the possibility to add fonts to Wix websites. Wix has millions of users (designers, freelance, agencies) using Adobe and Wix daily.

    We are in 2023, and adding adobe fonts to Wix is impossible because the requirements are otf or .ttf file format, and adobe doesn't allow font download files.

17. Make your fonts 'stick' in Adobe applications

    I've lost count of the number of times I enable certain Adobe fonts via your website only for them to be highlighted as 'missing' the next time I open my InDesign document that uses them! Is this a bug or a limit on the number of fonts I can enable? If you're getting rid of OTF support across your products then your own fonts need to be reliable. Also, on that subject, a comparison to OTF fonts would be useful in the search.

19. Fix the sample text preview immediately!!!!

    The Adobe Fonts site is one of the shttiest user experiences I've come across in ages. Stop using the font ads/graphics and let me see the gddamned sample text I typed in the preview window. And why am I required to retype that sample text when I click on view font family??? Being Adobe, how can you not find competent designers? They obviously don't use the site themselves. I have SO many more complaints about the UX on the site and how y'all have complicated font usage, but this BS needs to be fixed immediately. You're messing with my livelihood and you aren't improving things with your programs and services. I used to love my Adobe products. Now I HATE them. Great job.

20. Ability to centrally manage Adobe "cloud fonts" in an Enterprise environment.

    1. I can manage fonts I have purchased OUTSIDE of Adobe, and deploy them to all workstations.

    2. Individual users can navigate to https://fonts.adobe.com/ and add Adobe fonts to their workstation.

    but.... as an Enterprise Administrator I do not have the ability to designate which workstations, or if all workstations, should have particular fonts from https://fonts.adobe.com/ already installed on the workstation.

    I would like to select a font (like Futura PT), and have it automatically load on workstations when the users sign in - without their need to intervene.

    In our environment consistency between workstations is imperative. Even though a user has the ability to manage Adobe fonts themselves (if they know how), If I KNOW a font should be installed, it can save time and reduce stress in a deadline or time sensitive situation by resolving this in advance.
