Version Control in Adobe fonts
The ability to manage the different versions of the fonts in a specific admin console, for company accounts, to define which version must be used by the end users in the company and, if needed, force the font update in all the end user machines.
This is requested because when fonts are updated and the changes are related with kerning or characters, inside a company with several layout designers, can lead to different results because different users can have different versions of a font.
Related with this request, users should be informed when a font is updated…6 votes -
Bug in font adding interface of Adobe Portfolio
In the regular web interface the icons/switches for Font Contrast progress from low to high contrast.
However the corresponding interface inside Adobe Portfolio has the Icons in reversed order (high to low contrast) while maintaining the order of functionallity from low to high.1 voteThanks for your submission. Unfortunately the Adobe Fonts product team doesn't make UI decisions for Adobe Portfolio, but I'll make sure your comments get passed along.

Saving Fonts in Libraries
I know this is a tricky request due to licensing, but there has to be a way to pass along font information in a library. My agency LOVES cc libraries for branding projects, but not being able to provide font information is really holding us back. Character styles are a work-around, but having a way for clients to easily license a font or activate it from a library would be just the bee's knees.

ChatGPT to find a font based on a brand character I can briefly describe
I am a visual designer who firmly believes that font choice can make or break a brand. I would love to see the module in GPT/Bard to help me select a font that matches Adobe fonts for a brand character I can describe. Also, explain and educate you about the reasoning behind choosing these particular fonts.

The font "Countach" does not work on mobile iOS
The font "Countach" does not work on iOS mobile devices.
I'm using the recommended method of installing fonts
It seems to be affecting all iOS versions, not just phone (ipad too).
Demo:
- It seems to be iOS specific - iPad + iPhone on both Safari and Chrome show the same issue
- Android seems unaffected

please place a filter in the adobe font library for which fonts have ligatures and swashes. it is truly disappointing to have to load a font in an application before seeing if they have ligatures/swatches—takes much time. thank you for your good help.

Switch to show ONLY CYRILLIC fonts
I don't know how this is still missing at managing fonts with adobe software, but it will be a lot easier to find a font that has a Cyrillic variation, if there is a switch for that.
Now I need to scroll through every font in the list, that I have, just to find fonts that supports Cyrillic. It's really annoying and not really a fast process.6 votes -
Filter specific font characteristics
I would love to be able to browse fonts filtering specific character features, such as "G" with a tail or rounded, if the "Q" tail touches the circle, crosses, or is disconnected, if the "4" is closed or open, etc. For reference, I like how in-depth the "fonts by appearance" search is on identifont.com.

Activating fonts for non-Adobe apps
God almighty, please, especially now that Adobe bought Figma, let me bulk activate fonts for non-Adobe apps in CC without having to MANUALLY check every variant of a font I want to sync.
I am holding back a lot of contempt for the product managers at Adobe who thought of this feature. Quintessentially a sample of gratuitous suffering that the Adobe team has gotten us used to as paying customers.

Improve your font search parameters.
The parameters/meta tagging used to search fonts clearly does not match designer vernacular. Definitely feels like a bunch of techys/engineers designed the parameters. I have 10,000 fonts loaded on my computer and feel like your library lacks compared to mine which I know is not true. But I will choose scrolling through my 10,000 over using adobe fonts search functions most of the time because I do not find success in what I am looking for. the fact that I can only look at like 10 fonts per page, and how fonts are shown is…

Search by how a font looks in a custom term
Like have an option to add a custom word to see how it looks in the fonts being displayed on search. Sometimes I'm just looking for how one letter flourishes into another. So instead of opening up each font and checking how it looks with my custom word, have that option on the search results itself.

font bug

Would really need a true LCD font, for digital watch displays
Would really need a true LCD font, for digital watch displays. Can only find one at the moment, "Overtime", which is not monospaced, making it pretty useless for clock animations. And besides this the 1 looks like a 7 for some reason.

Greycliff (and other) font cross browser baseline / vertical alignment consistency problem
After much searching, from what I can tell this is a issue with the font files vertical metrics and I don't know how to go about reporting / getting this fixed.
It's not the first time I've noticed this problem with typekit fonts, it would be great to have some sort of quality control taken to assure this doesn't happen.

Missing Font Styles (e.g. Regular, SemiBold) in Properties Panel for Captions/Text v25.5
In Premiere Pro v25.5 (Build 13), certain font styles are missing from the Font Style dropdown in the Properties panel when working with Captions or Text.
Despite these fonts being:
• Installed and fully active via Adobe Fonts (green status in Creative Cloud)
• Verified as working in other Adobe apps like Photoshop or Illustrator
• Showing the full style set (e.g., Regular, SemiBold) on fonts.adobe.comThey do not appear as options in the Properties panel. For example:
• Montserrat Regular and Montserrat SemiBold do not show up.
• Only styles like Light, Thin, or Bold Italic…1 vote -
Acumin Pro font vertical aligment a long way off
When used as a webfont from Adobe, Acumin Pro used to work well. It appears the font files were updated by Adobe in November 2024 (based on using the FontDrop service to compare the metadata in an old working font project and a newly created one). On Windows (or an Android), text now appears considerably higher than center, throwing out any use of vertical alignment. On a Mac, text appears below center, meaning extra padding is not a workaround. See comparison of the old and new woff file at FontDrop on a PC in attached image -…

maintaining font activation
Fonts that I use daily will deactivate and are difficult to reactivate. Multiple tries needed removing and adding through CC interface. More than frustrating situation. Note: Auto-activate in InDesign hangs, so is turned off. MacOS 14x, ID 2024
