  1. The Brandon Grotesque font has support for Cyrillic characters in all styles, but for some unknown reason, after installing it from Adobe Fonts, not all styles display the text correctly. For example, only light and bold work, and tofu is displayed in other styles.
This problem occurs not only to me, but to all my colleagues, so I assume that the problem is in the font.

  4. There are various fonts available for styling purposes. However, defining fonts for reliable and safe text reading is a challenging discipline. There are many fonts and use cases where a character may look like another character. For example, 6 may look like 8 or vice versa, depending on the dimensions of the shapes and curves of the font. Also, if the text is highlighted or selected in a text field, the colour or background changes, the viewing angle or distance changes, the characters are unevenly spaced or too close, or a capital letter precedes the character.…

  5. When I search for a specific font it's for a specific job and that's the font I need. There are times when substituting anything else is not acceptable. Please, first show me the font I need or tell me you don't have it, then add suggestions. Thank you.

  7. The licensing information for fonts is extremely minimal and confusing. I was using this font on a website, because according to Adobe it is cleared for "website publishing". . . But I still received an email from the font foundry that I wasn't legally using the font, and now I have to pay them for a license. I'm still confused as to how I am supposed to "legally" use Adobe fonts on website, and when I called customer service to get a better explanation- they were unable to help me. So my suggestions would be:

  8. Find font from photo. Visual search font when i drag down it seems like it has a seizure. it's trying to keep the reference photo on top. I can't even read the font suggestions. I use a pen tablet, i'm not sure why that would interfere with anything. Hope it gets resolved.

  9. https://fonts.adobe.com/collections

When I open the font pack page and click to select a pack, there is no response.
The html is displayed above and below the banner, and the page structure seems to be abnormal.

  10. Being able to change the preview text, the spacing, and leading would help immensely when picking out a font for a new project.
In addition to the regular preview the same pictures provided with the fonts on the website would allow for a quick overview.

  11. It is difficult to find the font of images with white text since you can't highlight the right spot. If there were an option to change the background to black, you could see the text in question.

  12. Imagine having a font that operates like a hash generator, visually transforming letters into entirely different characters—much like the behavior of tools like this hash generator: https://hash-generator.com/md5-hash-generator/

    What does that mean?

Essentially, each character would be mapped to a unique, unrelated symbol or letter. For instance, “A” could appear as “J”, “B” as “2”, and so on, creating a visually encoded representation of text.

This would be nice to have, in some context.

  15. The new "Add Font" button is not as clear as it used to be. I'm pretty sure it used to say "Activate Font" and then turned blue when it was turned on. Now there's no shading or color difference, so you can barely see which font weights are activated and which aren't. Also not sure why each button needs the Adobe Cloud icon—I know Adobe REALLY REALLY REALLY wants people to love the Cloud (I don't) but this isn't helping.

  16. i want to easily see active font styles when looking at the "managing fonts" tab. Basically it should look like the "all fonts" page and be organized in a way to easily sort through your active fonts. I need to easily see what each active font looks like so I can make choices quickly.

Presently it's a real hassle to look through the fonts I've activated. Please design a way to make it easy.

  20. Hi,

I've come across a problem with some fonts, where the paths of the characters overlap. This happens when the text has only strokes and no fill or when the stroke is above the fill (screenshot: Roboto Condensed outline overlapping InDesign).

The problems seems to occur mostly with variable fonts, but it happens also with static fonts. For example Roboto Condensed font family (downloaded from fonts.google.com, not activated through Adobe Fonts) has this issue with their static fonts (the font has static and variable versions, variable is not installed).

    I've had the same outcome…
