  2. i want to easily see active font styles when looking at the "managing fonts" tab. Basically it should look like the "all fonts" page and be organized in a way to easily sort through your active fonts. I need to easily see what each active font looks like so I can make choices quickly.

Presently it's a real hassle to look through the fonts I've activated. Please design a way to make it easy.

  3. As a project is worked on by several designers from the company, it would be nice if it were possible to download a file to save in the Documents Fonts folder so that, when clicking on this file, it would go directly to activating the font on the page. It could be an xml, for example.

  4. Why is there no access to my account information from fonts.adobe.com in the header of the page like every other Adobe page? I have multiple adobe profiles and need to switch between them, there should be easy access to switch profiles when going to Fonts.

  6. On Monotype, or stock sites like iStock, you can create your own named lightboxes for different projects of saved collections of fonts. It's pretty limiting to only use the pre-create font collections, I feel like it's hard to find what I'm looking for and half of font usage is being able to find the right thing.

  7. If we could have a way to access fonts as WOFF2 this would help with page speed when implementing them on websites. This could compress the file sizes by 30%.

  8. See discussion here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-fonts-discussions/allow-css-font-weight-to-be-used-with-variable-fonts-by-putting-the-full-range-in-font-face/m-p/13539383#M7419

Summary: when serving variable fonts via CSS, Adobe specifies their font-weight as 400 instead of (say) 100 1000 in the @font-face declaration, which means the font-weight CSS property cannot be used to change these fonts' weights; you must use, say, font-variation-settings: "wght" 700. Ideally Adobe would use 100 1000 as the font-weight in the @font-face declaration so that users could use font-weight in their CSS to change the weight of a variable font.

Cannot download it, therefore, cannot use it
Since I'm paying for my fonts, shouldn't I be able to use them?

  14. I feel I cannot adequately express how much I love the Adobe Utopia font (and its Italic version on particular). I would love to use it on my blog, but unfortunately the Adobe Fonts version lacks support for Central European characters - more precisely a couple of Romanian letters. Since I occasionally write in Romanian, using a font lacking these letters would look ugly and defeat the purpose of using Utopia in the first place. I know there are a couple of open-source expansions of Utopia with Central European characters, but all of them are missing the lovely Th ligature…

  15. When browsing fonts within the Adobe Fonts web site, it would great if each font file had a table of its glyphs able to view. Often I'll visit sites such as MyFonts to see glyphs details. But not every font carried on the Adobe Fonts service can be cross-referenced at the MyFonts site.
