  2. Fonts that I use daily will deactivate and are difficult to reactivate. Multiple tries needed removing and adding through CC interface. More than frustrating situation. Note: Auto-activate in InDesign hangs, so is turned off. MacOS 14x, ID 2024

  3. Hi, would it be possible to add the font family Cochin to Adobe Fonts? I used it in Adobe Illustrator for a branding and I need to use it for a web project as well, so I can keep a cohesive brand identity.

    Thank you!

  4. You have added excellent fonts from the 'Narkiss' families of 'Fontef' Foundry.
(We would very like to see more Narkiss families, such as the famous 'Narkiss Block', which can be considered as Helvetica in Hebrew)

The 'Narkiss Text - Bold' font has a problem with the Hebrew letter 'ש'.
Its full form cannot be added, even though it is displayed in the glyph panel.
I checked in depth by InDesign and only when the text engine is set to an engine that does not support the Hebrew language (for Hebrew, a 'World Ready' engine is required) - then the desired…

  5. Recently (maybe because of adding Halyard Variable?), all the italic fonts for Halyard Text, Display, and Micro include the word "dollar" in them. This means that when we open previous files we have to relink all the fonts to the new name, which is a significant headache. We're reached out to the font foundry and they were unaware of the change now knew how they would even be able to make that update.

  7. The Adobe Fonts website appears broken on Safari version in 16.0 in Macbook Pro-2014. I know the system is old, yet many users are using old Macbook. In my opinion, it should be fixed. It works well on Chrome.

  8. The site is collapsing. It's also too heavy.
It doesn't seem like a site where players at the forefront of design gather.
    Immediate improvement.

  9. When used as a webfont from Adobe, Acumin Pro used to work well. It appears the font files were updated by Adobe in November 2024 (based on using the FontDrop service to compare the metadata in an old working font project and a newly created one). On Windows (or an Android), text now appears considerably higher than center, throwing out any use of vertical alignment. On a Mac, text appears below center, meaning extra padding is not a workaround. See comparison of the old and new woff file at FontDrop on a PC in attached image - most importantly, how…

  10. As a lawyer, I own and use Arno and Minion 3 to write briefs, as Adobe makes some of the best text serif families around. However, since my workflow uses Word and other non-Adobe tools, I need to be able to purchase offline font files instead of using the Adobe Fonts platform. Historically, Adobe Originals font families have been purchasable on third-party platforms, like MyFonts or Fontspring. The newest Adobe Originals families, Aldine and Kis, should also be made available to purchase on third-party platforms (perhaps after some period of exclusivity if Adobe wants to promote CC subscriptions).

  11. I needed a find a font "simialar" to something I had a screen grab. Adobe Typekit could not even decipher the slanted area in the letter B. It gave me all dumb looking plain block letters. Google found it in a snap.

  15. I just installed Baldufa and found something very strange when using the locl feature or more precisely when setting the language to Bulgarian. When typing in Regular all is fine. However, when changing to Italic things get weird – the "в"changes to "д" and "д" changes to "в", making the italic cut useless.

  17. Imagine having a font that operates like a hash generator, visually transforming letters into entirely different characters—much like the behavior of tools like this hash generator: https://hash-generator.com/md5-hash-generator/

    What does that mean?

Essentially, each character would be mapped to a unique, unrelated symbol or letter. For instance, “A” could appear as “J”, “B” as “2”, and so on, creating a visually encoded representation of text.

This would be nice to have, in some context.

  18. It would be cool to have some more Unicode-art-like fonts, like this: https://fancy-text-generator.org/ or some glitch-like fonts, like this: https://jntzn.com/tools/glitch-text-generator/

I know, this might be a bit niche, but for certain art styles and game design, this would be so cool! :D

  20. I have a client that had a logo designed by someone else and they had purchased Hanley Pro Complete Family fonts from MyFonts (we do have proof of purchase so that the logo is safe). I cannot use the font for future branding reasons without having to pay. I would like Adobe Fonts to get this font family of 23 different versions please.
